Reservations

We book the condo up to two years in advance so be sure to check our up-to-date Availability Calendar to see if the dates you want are available.

If you would like to make a reservation, please contact Elaine Knoernschild at (408) 354-3253 or send an e-mail to Kona Condo Information to confirm the availability of your desired dates and to obtain a final price quote. Someone from our property management firm will contact you for your deposit.

2007-2008 Rental Rates:

December 15 - April 14
Daily = $205/day
Weekly = $1,435/week
Monthly (4 weeks) = $5,500/month

April 15 - December 14
Daily = $165/day
Weekly = $1,155/week
Monthly (4 weeks) = $4,1100/month

All rentals require a minimum 3 night stay

Payment Policy:
$300.00 deposit by Credit Card is required to confirm all reservations. Payment in full must be made 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
All canceled reservations will be charged a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. If you cancel your reservation after full payment is made, any space that is re-rented will be refunded to you. All rates subject to Hawaii Excise Tax and Hotel Room Tax.
